A 757 on a SFB flight would almost certainly have to stop for fuel somewhere at the likes of Gander or Bangor as SFB is just a tad out of reach for a 757 from the UK non-stop. As another member alluded to, it would be a throwback to 20 years ago where the charter carriers used 757s on Florida runs and stopping for fuel.
