contingency plans are in place but its a waiting game from boeing, customers if down graded from 787 will get refunded the difference & also a goodwill gesture and will fly on a 767, and do bare in mind under the T & C's any airline at anytime can substitute an a/c type or carrier, so whatever they offer it will above and beyond what they are legally oblidged to do after all its not actually Thomsons fault!!!
