Just noticed that Titan will be adding the A320 to their adhoc charter fleet in May:
Airbus A320-233
Additionally, they seem to be operating more 757s (3?) and now a 767-300. I still remember when they primarily operated Bae146s (they still operate a few).
So, with new aircraft coming on board, what does pilot hiring look like at Titan? Understanding it is adhoc charter, what does the typical monthly schedule look like (are there set days off or do you need to be very flexible)? Would newhires start on a new fleet addition (i.e., new A320 requires A320-typed pilots to be hired on directly to that fleet type) or would internals be given the chance to move over so that newhires begin on the vacated 146s as pilots move to other fleet types?
