ZAZOO, glad to hear that the airplane was well insured but with Hawker Beechcraft looking to end factory support of the 4000 as they come out of bankruptcy proceedings who will fix the airplane?
With the damage it is rumoured to have suffered, it seems unlikely that it will be flown out under its own steam.
Will it be put on a boat out of Warri Port? Will the cost of its repair make it more financially viable to write it off and get a new airplane?
My money's on one of the new Global Vision planes that seem to be the new "in thing" (I know there's only one so far) but I'm hoping for a G650!!
