BAF did order the 146-100. It would have been the ideal aircraft to fly from SEN's short runway at that time. Sadly BAF entered administration before it could take up the order (it emerged from this later, as the first company to actually achieve that I think), although one 146 did appear in BAF's attractive colourscheme for a while.
