Presuming what you actually hold is an EASA CPL with SEP & MEP Ratings with an Single Pilot MEIR, ATPL Theory passes and an MCC?
What you need to do is get a copy of Part FCL from the Easa website / google it and read about what it takes to revalidate and/or renew your own ratings.
A working knowledge of the legal documents which regulate your profession is important.
And i cant say from exp but sitting in a cockpit annoying the captain with these kind of questions would probably not be well received. I'll leave it to more experienced people than myself to comment.
