A320 Cat 2 - ND requirement
During Cat2 approach in sim both ND remained powered but maps disappeared with no ECAM. Cat 2 required equip shows 1 is required which they were in that they were powered but only providing heading information on the heading tape. Legal for Cat 2 ?
