Continue to instruct there and keep building the hours. its a pretty competitive market right now if you don't have a type rating on the A320. Also have you seen the latest CARs from the CAAP on license conversion? better read up on the requirements.

I suggest you stay there and if given the chance find an operator that will will sponsor your type rating.
