How can a young pilot start a career in the Philippines?

Hello I've been a long time lurker here and this is my first post!
I am currently a Flight Instructor in Los Angeles with about 300 TT
I was hoping maybe after I get my hours up to 500-750 and get a type rating on the A320, that I can start looking at jobs at an airline in the Philippines
I have a Filipino Citizenship but I was also naturalized as a US Citizen.

Philippine Airlines currently requires Second Officer applicants to have 500TT but your hours on a 500+HP plane counts as full, and only 50% of you time flying aircraft with less than 500HP counts.
Maybe Zest Air, Air Phil, Sea Air can take me in flying turboprops but i have no idea where to find their pilot requirements!

I was hoping if anyone with an insight on how a lowtime wannabe like me can get started flying on an airline in the Philippines can please shed some light on this very grey area would be much appreciated

My dream has always been to start my career with Philippine Airlines ever since I was little!!
