Canada would be a decent place for initial training as well, especially in the winter time. Get some much needed experience with inclement weather, icing, and x/c nav over vast remote forests and lakes that all look the same. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think many cadets are lacking in those aspects... (not that you really need visual nav anyway once finished in ADL
