Airman Aircrew pay review

Airmen Aircrew or should I now say NC Aircrew, is there anything in it for those who have passed the 22 yr point, i.e. can they join the new professional aircrew spine, opt out of commissioning and have the flying pay included with the basic pay, leading on to a higher pension? Also worthy of note that the FS and MACR ALMs are still in the lower pay band
