Well, the Waco wasn't there when I visited in 2003, but I saw it four years later at the Hamburg "Airport Days," so I presume it's a flyer. Neither was the jump jet, so maybe that arrived some years after my visit-after all, it's nearly ten years since I went there. Perhaps time for a return visit!
Oh and anyone else visiting Oberschleissheim should take in the Super Connie, DC-3 and JU-52 at Munich airport (a few stops further down the railway line that goes through-and stops at-OberS, but go there in the morning, because, if it's a sunny day, you won't be able to take a "clean" shot of the Connie:

In the late afternoon on the day I visited, the sun was behind the Connie, on the side with the rather unsightly steps.
