ok Frequent flyer - point taken, but when you get comments like this from the 'horses mouth' and you find that they themselves are unhappy because of whats going on don't you think that there might be an element of truth in this.
I personally had a high regard for BMed who struggled to obtained the BA franchise back in the 90's after being originally rejected due to a bad audit. I have even worked with some of the original Managers who were brilliant people and turned the Company round. However all that hard work is gradually been eroded to the point you have an issue with moral which as we all know reflects on the poor passengers.
It is sad to find that all some managers can be bothered with is an issue with crew meals (no pun intended) and personality clashes which in one case has even gone legal!!
