While screw ups and thievery are bastard children which no one admits to, Falcon has to continue to pay for both broken and "missing" headsets.
We will now tie them to the side of the aircraft as if this is the way one would like to resolve a situation like this.
This is neglect at its best and thievery at its worst. We will protect our interests against those that seek to harm or steal our equipment. This equipment feeds you. Feeds your families, why on earth wouldn't you treat it as such??
Will we have to start doing random checks of crew member and mechanics bags to look for stolen equipment?? That is the type of place this is going to turn into??
We all work too hard to have this place turn into a prison, so I suggest that if you see someone abusing our equipment or God forbid attempting to stealing it, let them know they are harming all of us.
For those that would never thinking of doing either, I apologize for even having to write this email.
I am embarrassed to even have to write this.
