I'm not sure if it will be the same however I remember when Bombardier had delays with the Dash8-Q400 they had locate wet lease aircraft for Flybe.
I'm not sure if this could also happen to Thomson and other airlines who do not have enough slack in their own fleet to absorb the delays in delivery. Afterall these are relatively delays at short notice.
