Be careful entering into an employment agreement with this company.
An instructor recently had a chance to look at the maintenance logs. He decided to leave Indonesia and return home. Unfortunately he was stopped getting onto the aircraft at Jakarta by immigration because he did not have an exit permit in his passport that allowed him to leave the country.
The exit permit can only be applied for by the company and the owner wanted $3000 (to cover his flight and work permit costs) before they would help him to leave.
