Indemnity in case of restructuring:
"Officially, 6 months’ salary is the maximum pay for open-ended contracts in case of restructuring. As per Bahraini labor law, employees with open-ended contracts are entitled to one day salary for each month of service with a minimum of half month salary and a maximum of six months’ salary."
