Sadly, the whole Thomson set up is very much a shadow of the former excellent Britannia Airways. An airline, I enjoyed flying with & racked up 29 flights in a very short space of time.
I had a run in with Thomson customer services about 4 years ago, which made Ryanair look like an agent for Mother Theresa.
Since then, TOM has firmly remained on my very personal no fly list.
Good luck to anyone who "subscribes" to their offers or carries more than a toothbrush & jim jams in their cabin bag.
