I'm sure I have asked you this before, but are NONE of these 'Captains' offering any help or are they all just saying 'it's normal'?? Looking at all your posts it would appear that either you are flying in a very odd airline where no-one wants to help you or you are not asking the right questions/people. I suggested before that you should talk at least to a Training Captain - far better than taking pot luck here.
