I don't recall a 2500 hour TBO on the Arrius 2F engines: I'm sure there is a lower limit of 2800 hours, not 2500?
The overhaul life (hours) is based on the modification state of the modules, not the serial number. You need to check the preface sheet(s) and component log cards in the engine log book to ascertain the mod state.
The calendar is fixed at 15 years from manufacture/last overhaul regardless of mod state. However if the engine has been repaired at any point TM can reset the 15 year calendar date. Again, this would be indicated in the engine log book for the engine.
Turbomeca Arrius 2F SL No. 2169 contains all the details on engine TBO. Would suggest you sit down with that (just to make sure I'm not talking rubbish!) and the component log cards.
