Finding the details is not hard, however, separating the tripe from the actual reality out there certainly is!
For every person that says there are too many F/O's, hours are as low as 500 a year and if you're over 30 then forget it, there is another that says 650+ hours is the norm, pay is OK taking into account tax breaks for training costs and they know plenty of people getting opportunities regardless of age or integrated/modular training!
T'was ever thus I suppose!
