Donīt blame the battery only. Also the surrounding circuits, charging management and software must be rechecked. And here we have the first sign, that it might not be the battery itself causing the failure. Think this is good news, revalidate a fuzzy battery concept needs years. To fix the surrounding power architecture seems to have faster options.
