Steve6443, you are incorrect as mcgoo has pointed out.
Much2much, I am not 100% sure about the FRTOL but a Google search suggests that if your FRTOL was issued prior to your CPL then your FRTOL would have been replaced when you obtained your CPL and would have had an expiry date similar to your CPL. If your CPL has now expired then so will your FRTOL.
