I agree with the other FO's it's literally gone to ****. I joined about 2.5 years ago and i notice a big difference already.this year I have flown 200 hours less than last year which equates to €16k. at the minute it's a case of survival every month until I can move elsewhere

It was ok at the start when you could offset your type rating as an expense you could keep a decent retention on your salary and even save money at the end of month, but those days are long gone
