Your charter is far away from type of operatons and services we providing, but I can give you 1 valuable advice - use regular services for longhaul (100 pax longhaul charter will cost you a fortune) and for US/Canada domestic flights charter a dedicated 737 or 727... That's the most efficient way. If you need someone to charter US 737 - I would recommend you to go to Chapman Freeborn (URL already advised), they have an office in Atlanta and they can sort it out...
