This business just gets more ridiculous by the day. How can you justify paying to go to work somewhere? Every type rating I have, in fact my ATP license was paid for by my employer. That's the cost of doing business. I have worked for startups with low pay but that changed as the airline grew. No one I have ever flown for expected me to pay for my training or pay to keep my job. If they had, I would have left in a heartbeat.
