We can mention other websites here but not link to them in the T&C's.
If I wasn't allowed to mention that other website it would do this when I type it in:

Why did I mention this? Because the other website owner who clearly makes his personal details and phone number available is often reiterating the copyright agreement that you enter into when you register with his site.
