Lets say if you join the cadetship, how long will it take a cadet to get the minimum required experience to get a command since this ICUS program has been approved?

1. No. Rex only had their ICUS program approved about 6 months ago. I would say another year till any cadet is eligible for upgrade.
Nearly. We have had 5 cadets at least move to the left seat or they are finishing their training/checks. Albeit a Pel-Air left seat recently. Nevertheless it is command time. Will be good experience there too.
I have noticed there are a lot of pilot bases, what are the chances of getting a Sydney base once completing the cadetship?

I saw on another thread that a rex FO can earn up to $65k with a bit of overtime,is this similar to what a cadet pilot could earn if he/she did some overtime? (Could someone send me a link for the Rex pilot EBA?)
