Indeed. Funny you should mention that. A few years ago there was a guy on parole conducting a lot of break and enters in my neighbourhood, and was getting around in high vis clothing. After the police eventually caught up with him, they found out that he would walk straight into peoples yards in broad daylight checking to see if anyone was home. If anyone was he just claimed he was a council worker looking for a pipe or a meter. No one queried anything until he was caught breaking in red handed by a friend of mine.
