I believe BA proved the opposite, Dr White. I understand that to prove to the CAA that JAA was at fault for the zero first-time pass rate they put their cadets who had failed the early JAA exams through a set of old CAA papers. They scored similar average to that of their previous courses of cadets. The system still is not sorted 3 years later
