If BASSA couldn't have it returned there wouldn't have been a settlement. During all industrial confrontations in BA, staff travel has been taken away and then returned in the final settlement. This dispute was no different.
In fact, the only difference was that the General Secretary told his membership that he would have it returned within 5 minutes....and they believed him!!
