You will have to do at least 2 good sims, so before you can enter the command process you will be a year down the road.
Currently the list of eligible FO's is I would say at least 2 years worth of command upgrades, by the time you are eligible it will be longer. Growth in easy is slowing and people continue to apply for command.

Then there is the matter that you will not be employed by easyJet as a direct entry SFO. You will work for either PARC or CTC flexicrew. Those pilots are currently not elligible to apply for command. So you will first need to get a contract with easyJet.

As an indication this year will see 50 command upgrades, nect year probably a bit more due more new aircraft. I believe the list is about 200 pilots long.

If you start today with easyJet fresh out of flightschool, I foresee a time to command of at least 10 years. Possibly more. Days of fast track command are well and truly over. Easyjet has sufficient internal candidates for command for the forseeable future.

However you might be able to fasttrack it by going to Lisbon, but this contract has captains paid less Nett than SFO's in Italy and France.
A lot of SFO's are declining an offer for command in Lisbon, due to the contract. So DEC are being hired on temporary contracts. but experience in easyjet shows that these guys are here to stay permanent.

Hope this helps.
