Leading Edge International Academy
Have you tried checking-out Leading Edge International Academy? They have a hangar and use the runway in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines although Ground School is conducted in Manila. What I liked in LEIA is that their pre-solo Flight Instructors are retired Philippine Air Force Generals who were former Blue Diamonds Aerobatic Team members and seasoned Combat Pilots.
