Aerodynamically? Because the plane rolls more for a given displacement of the yoke. Why? Because partial spoilers and the retraction or extension thereof, increases the roll sensitivity.

If you don't have a video of the yoke inputs and rate of movement along with a simultaneous view of the outside spoilers it might be impossible to explain using the pictures provided.
