Thanks to OltonPete for the figures - it's quite notable that BM's pax figures have fallen off quite significantly since they became fully independent at the end of Oct. I've heard of people having difficulty booking BM flights recently through some engines/corporate agents, but it looks like the biggest falls are on routes that were previously *A codeshares so it seems likely the loss of the codeshares is the main problem.
I know the new owners have talked about new codeshares, but they've not been very specific about who with. Whilst they might sign up with individual *A airlines (perhaps SK?), I'm not so sure about LH. Similarly, SN have just launched EDI-BRU daily (rising to 2xdaily from spring) in direct competition with BM - Why would they do that if they were negociating a codeshare with BM?
Whatever is planned, it would seem that BM need to get a move on with advertising, improving sales and in particular ressurecting/replacing the codeshares.
