Take lba to bru the figure 2028 for oct 2012, is that the total number of passengers carried one way or return?
Bmir will have flown 50 flights to bru from lba using a 37 seat aircraft. So 2028/50 gives 40pax. If these are return pax numbers then 2028/100 sectors = 20 per flight giving a load factor of 54%.
