Canberra97, interesting post and good to see some positive thinking. I'm sure that's an example of the type of market the returning owners would like to see : discening customers who look for a bit more after sales service/flexibility than the low cost options can or are willing to provide. That's an area where the company is, I believe, aiming to differentiate itself from EZY etc.
The backers for bmir will want a return on their investment too so I'd be suprised if significant efforts are not being made to ensure that happens.
