Its an outrage that in this day n age we have airports closing for a scattering of snow, commuters stuck in cars overnight, schools closing etc etc etc.
If i had any dealings with the BAA in STN i would expect some serious questions to be answered regarding their inability to keep runways open or at least closure to a minimum.
Its simply not good enough that the BAA cant cope especially when the snow and low temps were forecast as they were over the past 24hrs....BAA your a sham.
