For your goodself and twinjet, I can think of two or three issues that have occurred in my 5 or so years of ops where intervention by various ops members, in different airlines, have contributed
significantly to flight safety. One of which was the refusal to operate a charter, which had been sold and was insisted on being operated by the charter airlines management.
