Where in the C.A.R.S. does it say that you can/can't fly IFR at night without being N.V.F.R current. I've looked through CAR 175 and can't find anything except for CAR 5.109 that says a commercial pilot must have carried out at least 3 take off/landings within 90 days if the proposed flight is to be undertaken at night??????
