Well, to hard question for me ... but I know (actually I think) that some EU countries (UK, France, Germany etc) doesnŽt accept SE-IFR anymore (not even the training on the SE IFR certified helicopters).
You can still do that in Sweden, Netherland, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Italy, etc etc ...
WeŽll see how it gonna be with the EASA rules - because the EASA wants the same standards for the whole EU states.
