And how exactly did Hardys out manoeuvre CASA?
From the CASA Media Release

At this point Hardy Aviation does not have an approved replacement chief pilot.
Technically on the wording of the Press Release they could not operate.

So they ground the aircraft and cease to operate.

Then clarification by CASA? What was communicated?

Then Hardys are operating again
