Doubt there will be any PFO or interviews (appart from maybe a couple to fill drop outs). I'm assuming you're all 'hold for interview' like I am. I can't see how they'd be differentiating between candidates they thought were all suitable for an interview, without actually interviewing them. Makes sense from MONs p.o.v. just to keep everyone in the hold pool, it's not costing them anything.
Now watch someone turn up and say, "Woot, just been given the job after a 5 minute phone interview" and make me look a complete prat.
