oleo has been extended but how can they be phantom jobs if they have been advertised. There must be a process and someone who checks that it is followed. Would this be the role of someone like the Chariman of the Board or Minister ALebanesi?
If CASA as a regulator can't be relied on to follow the public service process then what credibility do they have with industry? Given your thoughts, definitely leaving my resume on file for the next BIG ONE!
