Yep 80kt wind is very serious, but the only way to know exactly what is really going on in the upper atmosphere; is go & have a look. Weather info here is sketchy for this work, at airports its fine. Hence I went, had a look & bailed out for a beer.

The 44 is nicely rotting away under its perished cover still at VNPK, turned a blade last time was about 8months ago??
