How do you know they are flying illegal charter?
By definition the Isle of Man registry, M, is for private owners only, therefore no AOC and commercial intentions if on the Manx registry.
But they seem to sell trips.
How this normally goes is that pax are friends of the owners, those owners must have a lot of friends since there would be different friends on every flight...
