One month to go!

So

Here I am, one month to the date my JAA ATPL expires. Previous experience was that they sent me the reminder and a form about a month before, nothing yet. So thanks to what I have read here I know an early drive to the Belgrano (is it still called that?) if for me!!

On the web site, form downloaded, all seems quite simple. The site says 'we endeavour to process applications in 10 working days'

So a simple renewal of JAA to EASA has left me with some concerns,

What about this 'Language Proficiency Endorsement' ?

What about talk of any of the application being signed by employer ?

As an Airbus pilot I am cat 3, nothing in my current licence certifies that, do I need that to get Airbus 320 series IR/LV ?

Doing airline and private flying do I tick apply for ATPL and also PPL ?
