At first, I haven't read the hole thread due to its length so please be lenient towards me. I would like to ask, what are the specific differences between the FTOs which are selecting in the first stage? In general there are probably all the same standards for the assessment of the prospective pilot trainees, but I assume that each of the three ones does have its own philosophy, therefore I would like to know which is stressed by each of them in BAs FPP selection process.
