Seriously? If you're that afraid, as White None suggests, spend a bit of time with your wife/husband/partner/friend going through the words in "real time". There's also the IPT available if you're concerned that one's inability to get the "mouth music" word perfect is going to have a significant effect on the outcome of your PC.
