Ref the A320 vid--- Whimps ! These TAP guys! In my day a little bit of wind like that wouldn't put us off! We'd get her into the flare then feather the port outer and get the WOP-AG to slide out on the starboard wing, piece of cake. Go Around, pah! Tended to use up a lot of WOP-AG's though.
But seriously folks, I wonder what the wv was at the time in Lisbon, 'cause it sure looked unstable from well above the GA point. They got away with it though, where did they go after the GA? Scarey movie that.
